I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction here. I'm looking for jujubes (also known as Chinese dates) and omija (which seem to be sour berrylike fruits used to make a Korean tea). I've had fresh jujubes at my Thai aunt's house in Florida, but I've never seen them available for sale anywhere. And I've never eaten omija, but I'd like to try them in a recipe. If you don't know where to find these in New York, can you tell me what they might taste like, or what would be good substitutes? Many thanks.
