BRAISED BEEF SHORTRIB Parsnip Puree, Sautéed Rapini, Gremolatta
AIRLINE CHICKEN BREAST Creamy Gruyere Polenta, Roasted Butternut Squash, Wild Onions, Brussels Sprouts Leaves
Everything was perfect, and I will flat out say its the best short ribs I have every had and I am the poster child for short ribs. Service was warm and efficient, we brought in our own wine and corkage was free for that night, but will be $ 10 from here out. Current wine list is boring, but that will change in time I am sure. The place is very comfortable and I for one will be a regular. The other couple with us had the GRILLED FLAT IRON STEAK & GREEK BEET SALAD and they also looked great, esp the beet plate.
