The cider has been open for a while (less than a gallon) but was left to sit in the back of the fridge. It's expiration date was 2/14/14. It has a bunch of stuff settled on the bottom and it smells like alcohol.
My question is, can I make this safe to drink accidental hard cider? Or do I need to get rid of it?
It is Linvilla Orchards fresh pressed, flash-pasteurized apple cider with no sugar or preservatives added.
