Feedback on 10-day eating itinerary

My husband and I are from San Francisco. We've been making it to NY once or twice a year for the past several, and will be returning in a couple of weeks. Staying in the LES, but willing to travel for great food. We like everything, but have great Latin food at home so are looking for other types of cuisine. Aiming for average checks of around $150 for two before tax/tip/beverages.

I've been reading up here for the past month or so and am now seeking feedback on our itinerary.

Reserved (or will be shortly) dinners: Estela, Recette, The Eddy, Tuome and Contra. Considering: Northern Spy, Louro (possibly Nossa Mesa Mon?)

We have tickets to the theater on a Wed night and ballet on a Thu. The plan for those days is to have larger, later lunches and then get late dinner/drinks afterwards.
Lunches: Gramercy Tavern (Tavern Room), Osteria Morini or Il Buco Vineria.
Dinners: The NoMad Bar (how crazy at around 10:30 midweek?), Uncle Boon's, Wassail, Jeffery's Grocery (anyone taken advantage of their "caviar at cost" deal?) Or maybe Noodletown.

Other lunches will be more casual and mostly at old favorites. Spotted Pig or Murray's Cheese before the Whitney. Russ & Daughters Cafe, Motorino, Xian Famous Foods, Spicy Village, Bobwhite Counter, Szechuan Gourmet, Somtum Der or Zaab Ellee.

I also must have that Nordic sandwich from Nordic Preserves! Cocktails, oysters, bagels, dumplings. It's always a challenge to fit it all in....
