I was planning to give Hong Kong's NEW 'Four Season's Caprice' and 'Mandarin Oriental's Amber' a try, based on their chef's credential. However, I have heard negative things about both restaurants recently. Can any fellow chowhound provide me with some feedback before I go ahead and pump in 'mega-bucks'??!! How does both restaurants compare to say, Spoon, Vong, Felix...etc? Many Thanks!
