I wondered if it made sense to start a thread to consolidate all the various limited-time bargains at Boston restaurants, as the snow and the economy seem to be driving so many to offer them. Here are a couple I've noted at places I like, many of which don't often offer such deals:
Vinny's at Night (cited in another thread): half-price entrees, M-Tu, 4:30-10pm, and Su, 2-8p, through President's Day.
B&G Oysters: $1 oysters and beers, M-Tu, 11:30a-4p.
Sel de la Terre (not sure which ones, cited in another thread): $1 oysters from 4pm during snow emergencies; half-price food on Super Bowl Sunday.
Gargoyles (tonight only, though it looks like they're doing pretty regular promos during big snowstorms): 20% off entrees, $5 cocktail specials, a $10 spiked hot chocolate flight.
Tremont 647: $2 Taco Tuesdays. A recurring event, still a tasty deal.
Clio: tonight only, free duck confit banh mi for bar customers who buy a drink.
Franklin Cafe (South End): tonight only, $3 bar snacks all night.
Franklin Southie: tonight only, $1 oysters.
Uni: Sake Bomb Tuesdays, 4 course prix fixe and a sake bomb, $35 (recurring).
Myers + Chang: tonight only, half-off all food (please tip on full price), eat-in only.
L'Espalier: tonight only, $1 oysters.
Prezza: tonight only, buy a glass of Brancia Barolo, get a complimentary half-order of gnocchi a la Bolognese. Wednesdays, recurring, $6 spaghetti and meatballs at the bar.
Craigie on Main: tonight only, free amuse bouche and hot chocolate.
