Favorite Tried and True Recipes for Malai Kofta and Mattar Paneer

NShewmaker | Aug 2, 201909:10 AM     2

Hi All,

Indian is absolutely one of my favorite cuisines (these two dishes in particular), but I’ve moved to an area that does not have any particularly close Indian restaurants (Chicago has many in general but I’m on the opposite side of the city from most of them and am about a 40 minute round trip from my old standby) and am feeling the lack of my favorite dishes over here.

So, I want to start branching out and attempting to make my own. However, since there are countless recipes available online, I’m hoping you guys can pitch in with your tried and true recipes (or even Indian cookbook suggestions).

Thanks in Advance!
