I have blimped up by 15 pounds and am currently on the "cabbage soup diet" - it works for me but Day 4 is a real killer: eat only up to 8 bananas, as much skim milk as you want and all the cabbage soup you can stand. However, I'm already starting to see the difference even thought it's only a water loss.
What are other chowhounds' favorite diets? I know I can't be the only one who has gained weight; especially with all the eating out/noshing everybody seems to do. Please share? Thanks, Ruby
