Then just last week I discovered what I’ve been missing out on is pork belly. I tried Wat Dong Moon Lek's pork belly (fried to a crunch) served with crispy spicy green beans. And last night Animal’s pork belly (braised) sliders-- perfect after a couple of Hendrick’s Martini’s.
Where else should I go for crunchy pork belly?
