Restaurants & Bars

Any favorite dishes at the following restaurants in Portland, ME?

Hello Portland CHs, we're visiting your lovely city for three days. Below is our itinerary. After ogling sample menus online, I thought I'd ask if there is anything that should not be missed or is a signature dish with good cause.

And if there is a restaurant that we shouldn't overlook (with our focus being seafood). Some places (e.g., Grace) didn't make it on the list due to our time constraints. And some because we've eaten there before (e.g., Hugo's) but it's always helpful to hear of places for next time. Our itinerary is still flexible as well.

Day 1
Lunch: Lolita (That squid ink bottarga pasta is what did it for me. Do hope it's still on the menu.)
Dinner: Central Provisions

Day 2
Lunch: East Enders
2nd Lunch: Pai Men Miyake (Thanks bobbert and sultanaboudreau for your help!)
Dinner: Fore St.

Day 3
Lunch: Miyake
2nd Lunch/Early Dinner: Eventide
Last Drink: Grace -- think we have time for a quickie drink when they open at 5 pm before we catch our 6:50 train? Not sure how long a cab ride to the station from Grace will take...

You'll notice what's missing is Breakfast. We're taking it easy with that meal so that we have the stomach space for later on. But a solid coffee shop or breakfast place near the waterfront and ferry terminal would be handy to know.

Thanks in advance for your time and suggestions.
