Too Many Favas! What to do??

O.k., two months ago it was leeks - now it's favas - granted I've read several articles in the last week (Saveur, Kitchen & Cook & Cooking Light) - but very few are appealing (but then I'm pregnant and it's hard to find anything appealing!) - but there's nothing really I want to even fix for my husband! So, can anyone offer suggestions to utilize favas - our favorite right now is a simple salad with s/p, parmesan and fruity olive oil.
