Fat in Tomatoes?

katiepie | Feb 10, 2008 03:44 AM

I was making a salad and noticed a nutrition label in my plastic container of grape tomatoes. It said that in a single serving... seven tomatoes... there is a total of 1g of fat.

This was shocking to me. I've been trying to figure this out... is it because of the natural sugar content? The carbohyrdrate amount? What in the world?

Anyone have any ideas?
