I just returned from the Farmer's Market with lovely young beets, asparagus, cauliflower, baby walla walla sweet onions and rhubarb. I do have strawberries and cranberries in my freezer and also lemons, fresh dill, mint and cilantro. Other necessities are easily procured.
I'm looking to deviate from my comfortable norms. Any favorite spring recipes using any or all of the above?
