Farmers market bonanza! What should I make with it all?

Came back from the farmers market with bargains galore! Spent under $10 and here's what I've got:

ginger
1 bunch spinach
1 3/4 pounds mushroom
1 1/2 pounds bean sprouts
1 1/2 pounds carrots
3/4 pound daikon radish
1 bunch spinach
4 1/2 pounds yellow onions
2 jalapenos
1 bunch cilantro
4 ounces bamboo shoots
1 dungeness crab

also, my friend just gave me 20 avocadoes
