This is my favorite Barbecue recipe, I have been using this recipe for the last 2 years. I get posted out of US a lot, but I still use this recipe because it uses a oven instead of a barbecue grill and I do not have access to a barbecue grill all the time. You will love this:
FALLING OF THE BONE BOURBON RIBS
2 Racks of spare or baby back ribs Garlic Powder
Dinni's Select Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
Dinni's Select Tennessee Bourbon Barbecue Sauce
Baste Ribs with Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder. Wrap ribs tightly in a plastic (Saran) wrap and then aluminum foil. Place on large oven pan and bake at 225 degrees (F) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Unwrap ribs, being careful to remove all plastic wrap and foil. Place on medium heated grill just long enough to brown and then baste with Tennessee Bourbon Barbecue Sauce.
Move ribs away from the heat on grill and cover long enough to heat the barbecue sauce.
