Fall 2016 Baking COTM Will Be King Arthur Flour Website

Caitlin McGrath | Aug 22, 201609:01 PM     29

Our winning "book" for September through November 2016 is the recipe collection at the King Arthur Flour website. I'll put the reporting thread up September 1, but please use this thread to talk about things until then. Have favorite recipes from the site? Tell us what they are!

Here are some handy things happening on the KAF website:
•Recipe ingredients can be viewed in volume, ounce, or gram measurements, depending on how you like to bake.
•Users can (and do) rate and review recipes, and when reviewers relate problems or failures, or wonder about variations, KAF responds!
•They've got a baker's hotline, where you can talk to a real, live specialist via email or phone call, who will help you troubleshoot: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/bakers...
