Fabulous foraged food in St Albans

I recently went on a short day trip to St Albans in Hertfordshire, about 30 mins from Central London via train. Had lunch in a great pub which sources all ingredients locally and forages for their herbs and some fruits and veg. Interesting cocktails and ales too. A great place to eat if you are in the area.
