to save money, i usually spend sunday night making a big batch of something to use as my lunches for the week at work. but sometimes by the second or third day, my stomach turns at the thought of eating it again!
does anyone have any unique lunch ideas where i can re-invent the main ingredient again and again to last me the entire week? or are there any good cookbooks out there with this kind of theme?
i'll eat anything. beef, fish, poultry, veggies. i'm not picky! i just want it to be good and not boring! and the reinventions have to be relatively easy to prepare. but i don't mind spending a bit of time on sunday night to make the main ingredient.
can anyone help me???
