Lately I've been enjoying real, bracing espresso at a little coffee booth at the Syracuse Regional Market (second long market shed in from Park St). They set up Saturday morning for the farmer's market and Sunday morning for the flea market. They have a good, big machine. The barista apparently grew up near Naples and his coffee reminds me of "the old country". It's strong, somewhat bitter and stands up to a lot of sugar. I bring my own little china cup and strut (I guess) around the market sipping it.I don't think he sells enough espresso so I'm telling folks here and there how good I think it is.I'd be curious about the opinions of others.
