Broad homemade pappardelle noodles, cooked perfectly al dente, bathed in butter. Chef comes out to grate 5 grams of fresh Zigante white truffle on top. We eat. We swoon. Spectacular. Best $42 I've spent in a long time.
The rest of the meal was delicious but that dish will haunt me for a while. Pair it with the 42 ounce bistecca and maybe the blood orange, fennel and apple salad for a grand group feast. A perfect meal for the holidays.
No sign of Grant in the kitchen or on the restaurant's website. Is he actually there already?
