El Tenampa is The Real Deal

Anyone else been here? On 4th avenue in Brooklyn between 21st and 22nd. I just stopped by earlier today, and these guys made me feel like I jumped on a plane to Durango. The building is like a soviet bomb shelter, its like a huge taqueria temple. They have tripe, buche, suadero, cabeza, the al pastor on a spit, and all the usual suspects. They've got a self service salsa and condiment bar that includes cucumbers. The head chef is a heavily mustached young gentleman who is like a samurai with a cleaver. This place is a must stop on any Brooklyn taco tour.
