I'm looking for a great tachigui-soba restaurant in Tokyo for a travel food article I'm working on. At a train stain is fine. Closer to Omotesando the better. Especially a place with friendly staff, not necessarily English speaking. Thanks for your advice! !

I've ordered James Udesky's The Book of Soba. Hoping to get in contact with him for an interview.

Today's lunch I'm going to 玉笑。(Tamawarai)
