Several years ago we decided to eat only free-range/no antibiotic/no hormone meat at home, have organic produce delivered and switch to hormone/antibiotic free dairy. We try to be as 100% organic as is possible, however, when we go out to eat (something we love) with a few exceptions, we have to plan to eat whatever chicken or pork is served (we won't eat beef out).
Is there a way to eat out within these parameters? We'll continue to eat at restaurants we love but sometimes it would be nice to go out and have a steak!!
We found two places in NYC to get a organic burger but pretty much every other spot we find is all vegetarian and we're not vegetarians by any stretch of the imagination - just trying to be responsible with our bodies and environment. So....any help?
