I got a lovely pumpkin, delicata and acorn squash from my CSA this week. My favorite methods of eating are roasting, or making soup, but with temps in the 80's, I really don't feel like having my oven going.
Any suggestions for either summertime fare with these beauties, or should I just store them till the weather turns? And if I store, what's the best way. I don't have a basement, and not sure if my fridge gets too cold.
