I love Indian food, but I wonder if even the seemingly vegetarian stuff at Indian restaurants is heavy with ghee or non-lowfat yogurt or otherwise not really so healthful. Obviously I can ask, but that's a bit of a hassle (esp. when ordering takeout), and so I'd ideally like to have some idea of what to watch out for and what not to worry about. Having recently learned that my cholesterol level's too high, I'm especially concerned with things that can contribute to that. Any info or thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. The best solution is of course to cook the stuff myself, but that's not always so feasible.
