They eat the Easter bunny in Alsace

Searching around for information about an Italian Easter bread called "La Columba" (the dove), I found this site about traditional Easter food around the world.

If you click on the rabbit in the upper left, there is more Easter food trivia.

There is a quizz about Easter ham and eggs. Suppossedly a ham from the left leg of the pig is more tender than the right leg because pigs tend to scratch themselves with their right leg causing it to be more muscular. With my luck, if I was so food obsessed to ask the butcher for a ham from the left leg, I'd wind up with a ham from the only left-footed pig in the world.
