What to eat at Arnaud's and Antoine's if you don't eat fish

Looking for your recommendation for a non-fish eater who is going to Antoine's and Arnaud's as part of a group during a conference. I don't eat most seafood, but crab (not soft shells), shrimp and a really good scallop are ok (no gritty bites). What is your favorite dish at those places? I also have an issue with bell peppers, so NOLA may be tough all around.

Also, we have a 3rd night that is presently unplanned. Group can be anywhere from 5-15, so I'm open to suggestions for a place that is a different experience than the other two. Any thoughts?

We ate at Mr. B's and Herbsaint when we were in town for the Sugar Bowl last year. Loved Mr. B's, Herbsaint didn't live up to the reviews that day, IMO. We ate at Cochon for lunch one day, but I'm not certain I can talk people into going there. We're staying in the French Quarter for the meeting, if that helps.

At the end of the day, I'd love to end up at dba again for music (non-smoking venue).

Thanks in advance!
