I have a beautiful new round souffle dish (uncovered, 2Q capacity) and would love to put it to good use. I don't make a lot of casseroles and have never made a souffle, so I could use some chow cook help.
We won't be free fo the next several weekends so I need a dish with quick prep time. (It's OK if it has to bake for a long time, as long as the prep time is fast.)
I'm open to just about any filling...vegetarian, cheese, meat. Any ideas?
