During the first week of February, Little Bird is joining in the festivities for The Oregonian's first-ever Dumpling Week. For seven days, select restaurants around Portland will offer special dishes with their own unique take on the global comfort food. Little Bird will be serving Goat Cheese Gnocchi with mashed English peas, lamb tongue, pea tendrils and fresh Oregon truffles.
