DryAger, SteakAger, SteakLocker or Custom Build

Hello Everyone, I've been reading up all I can on dry aging steaks at home. I started by reading Jess Pryles' article on dry aging. That setup looked interesting, but the fridge used in the setup alone costs $1,000. From there I found three already built solutions on the market (there are probably more). The DryAger, SteakLocker and SteakAger. The DryAger seems to be the best built, and also the most expensive coming in at $2,700, I think. The SteakLocker is the middle road, cost wise and the SteakAger is the cheapest of the three. I discounted the SteakAger because it's own site links to a review that does not recommend it because of lack of customer support. The DryAger is just too expensive. I thought the SteakLocker would be my best bet until I read a post on this site that does not recommend it, which puts me back at square one. I'm not sure what to look at now. I'm not opposed to building my own solution, but I think I've read a lot of the small fridges do not do well at keeping the temperatures under 40. I'm also not sure if I would have to use any type of UV technology, which seems to be used by all three of the pre-built solutions. Any thoughts or any other things I should be looking at?

Thanks,
Phil
