Disk Shaped Rice Noodles 39th & 8th

Michele Cindy | Mar 30, 2005 06:52 AM

Occasionally, I go to a (mostly takeout) Chinese restaurant for breakfast noodles. Today they had these small disk shaped rice noodles prepared in a brown sauce with a small amount of cabbage & bok choy. They were really tasty, $1.25. The place opens at 6:30am. Not sure what time they stop serving breakfast. It's on the East side of 8th Ave, near 39th St. They sometimes have a rice noodle that's not in a sauce, just steamed, in a curly bow tie shape that are also good. The mai fun noodles are ok, but not as good as the ones that were at the place on the corner which Unfortunately closed.
