Just discovered Fresh Ramen/Udon/Soba in SF

Just visited Suzu in Japantown. The quality of the noodles were excellent! There's a significant difference in the texture of fresh handmade noodles and the dry (or wet) pre-manufactured noodles that are reconstituted in boiling water - the fresh ones have a good bite to them (not quite al dente as the Italians may like, but enough to satisfy your teeth). The ramen broth was a bit on the salty side, and they could've given you a bit more pork in the bowl, but all-in-all a good place to eat - especially if you've just watched Tampopo and need to satisfy a craving.
