Being a health nut, I was interested in a product called Eggology, which is egg whites in a plastic jar. I bought a jar and made some omelettes with it. Unfortunately the omelettes all had a grainy texture that was most unpleasant. Now I've never actually made egg white omelettes with regular eggs so I guess I haven't done a proper experiment. Still I am not motivated to get Eggology again, unless someone can tell me what mistake I made.
