Help!! I was reading in another area about the gyoza from Trader Joes, and my mouth is now watering. However, I don't have a good recipe for the dipping sauce that comes with (1) Japanese gyoza or (2) chinese steamed dumplings. Are they different? I seem to think so. Please, does anyone have a recipe for either one? Both? In replying, please specify which delicacy the sauce is for.
