Dino's 2nd Anniversary Dinner

Steve | Jul 19, 2007 07:56 PM

Four Chowhounds got together to try a special 2nd Anniversary Venetian dinner at Dino's. We were all thoroughly unimpressed. I'm not sure if the items offered appear on the regular menu, but there was nothing among the choices I would return for. I've already forgotten what we tried. We tried a polenta with a ragu of cubed salami (quite salty) a lasagnette with a yellow sauce and diced squash (nice pasta, but bland everything else), some crudo, stringy slices of veal breast, good but sweet gelato, at any rate there were four courses, and none were as delightful as the company.
