Hi Chowhounds,

I'll be in Santa Clarita for two nights the second weekend in June. I'm travelling with a group of four colleagues to a conference and have at least one pescatarian in the group; I think the rest will eat anything. We will have a rental car and are happy to drive about 30 mins to find good food. I love Japanese either sushi or izakaya, but also any restaurants in the area with great food, but probably not much over $50 a head without drinks.

I've looked in Santa Clarita, but found nothing interesting, but if there is please let me know--as I said, we are happy to travel.

Thanks so much for your help!
