not really impressed... didn't taste much different than the ones you can buy frozen at chinese bakeries or from 99 ranch market.
i tried the pork/shrimp shiao mai, pork/shrimp dumpling, and pork dumplings... waited about 30 minutes. soy sauce and vinegar was pretty bland. i was surprised they didn't have better sauce.
imo din tai fung is overrated... maybe b/c i've grown up eating a lot of chinese food, including dumplings, or maybe it's just bland and people are fascinated by the guys making the dumplings at the window.
