Why is it so difficult to find a bread knife?

The way I want it.

Pretty simple requirements: traditional style (not offset blade), wooden handle, full tang, pointed tip i.e. it slopes down from the spine to the tip, but the tip isn't rounded, 9", under $80.

What I have found so far:
blade I want, plastic handle.
Wooden handle, full tang, rounded tip.
wooden handle, blade I want, half tang.
Over $150.
Too short.
Too long.

Basically every single combination except the one I want. Why is that? Does anyknow know of a knife that meets my requirements?
