Diced tomatoes with citantro and lime

Thanks to some frantic shopping on my part, and some lousy stocking on the part of a local grocery store, I ended up with 3 big cans of Furmano's diced tomatoes with cilantro and lime. Various Furmano's products were on sale 5 for 5 bucks, so I started grabbing without paying attention.

Anyway, I'm now soliciting ideas for what to do with these tomatoes.
