Hes also cheffed at Hotel Maxims de Paris in New York, El Bulli, Restaurant Le Francaise, and worked under chef Gary Danko at the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco. The menu? Creative American Cuisine with Modern European Influences. David McMillan will serve as exec chef until Bombaci takes his spot on January 3rd."
Interesting resume. I'd love to see some of the avant-garde influences from his El Bulli stint creep in.
