an associate of mine is a vegetarian who keeps kosher. while in a previous life he ate shrimp, clams, ham, and bacon, he never tried lobster or crab.
i've been trying, but i can't seem to describe the crustacean experience to him. thus i appeal to y'all.
is lobster like a kind of stringy fish sauteed with mindless amounts of butter, with a kind of a little stringy texture -- please help me here.
