I know some of you have it. I finally got to see it today in person and I have 2 questions:
1. How is it at cooking solids/proteins? It seems so much lighter than other D. pieces, even lighter than my All Clad soup pot.
2. Are you able to get a universal/spare lid and use the top as a smaller pot? (Well, I figured you CAN, my question is, does it work well?)
