As a follow up to earlieer posting of poor experience:
1--After Captain and waiter highly recomended a 97 red wine that they serve all the time and everyone loves and we asked if you have it for sure: over 20 minutes later they appeared and said we could not find it.
2--We request that they substitute an equal wine for equal price to what they highly recomended: " we do not do that."
3--Asked for recomendation of salad, they recomend spinach salad and say it is ample for 2. We accept their recomedation and order it and explain that it is for 2 and to please make it ample.. 20 minutes later a small salad, shows up with about maximum a $1 worth of spinach.
4--Ask for recomendation foor their best entry: both Captain and waiter explain they are famous for rib eye and their very best is the ribeye with bone for $36. We follow their advice and order one of each and ask that both are slightly sizzled outside.
4--30 minutes later 2 items are placed on food cart next to us.
5--After 7 minutes entry is placed on our table.
6--Rib eye on bone is not sizzled, almost cold and very difficult even to cut with the steak knife.
7--Regular rib eye is charred to dark black ( but very nicely hot).
8 --Their highly recomended delmonico potatos side order arrives less than warm and tasteless.
9-- We finish dinner and dirty plates left front of us for over 7 minutes.
