Friends, I come to you with a burning question. Last year, I ate the most delicious thing while vising a friend of mine in Spain. His grandfather keeps bees, and offered me something that looked like peanut butter and tasted like heaven- said it was honey. Now, this marvelous concoction was unlike any honey I've had before, and I can not figure out what it could be. I've heard some noise about whipped honey: could that be the culprit? I'm grateful for any ideas you might have; it is cruel to taste the manna and have it so quickly taken away.
