Does anyone have a great recipe that fits the following criteria? It needs to be:
1. delicious tasting, not just "healthy" tasting (i.e. something a person not overly concerned with health would enjoy having for breakfast)
2. uses kale or spinach
3. can be made in a regular, normal, $39.99 14-year old blender (nothing requiring a Vitamix, please!)
4. does not require ice cubes (my blender doesn't crush them very well).
I do like having a banana or berries in a smoothie (esp. frozen!)
