long time reader, first time writer :).
from time to time, my boss has me make business dinner reservations for her, so of course i do my best to expose her and her dining companions to the different and the delicious, and also the reasonably priced (i like to keep it under $15 an entree). south park cafe went over very well last week.
so she needs reservations in sf for tonight, casual, reasonably priced, but not so loud that they can't talk, and not "trendy". she likes good food from many cultures, but she needs it in a semi-traditional way (ie asia sf is a no go). and the other diners are from places where ethnic food is "scary" so i can't go too wild.
chenery park looks a bit expensive, and home looks a bit too noisy...i was thinking of delancey street (may as well have my company contribute to a good cause along with dinner expenses), but no one i know has been there recently... has anyone here? i'm also open to other suggestions...
