I Like Everything Deep Fried!

Since the pandemic forced us inside I've been deep frying everything to the point that I prefer it to all other preparations. Personally, I think it's the eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we die syndrome. I'm also drinking more alcohol that usual. Batter dipped or breaded seafood/fish, chicken, pork, it's all good. Today for example I was going to make a rack of pork ribs on the grill. Instead I cut them into individual ribs and they are now marinating in a fried chicken style marinade. The last Chinese take-out was crispy fried duck. Don't tell my cardiologist. If you could eat anything without concern for health repercussions would you eat deep fried food more?
