December 2017–February 2018 Baking Cookbook of Month: CLASSIC GERMAN BAKING

Caitlin McGrath | Dec 13, 201703:05 PM     263

Welcome to the reporting thread for the Winter BCOTM, CLASSIC GERMAN BAKING by Luisa Weiss. We'll be baking together from this book in December 2017 and January and February 2018.

HOW TO POST REPORTS: If you are the first to report on a recipe, please reply to this post. If you are not the first to report on that recipe, please reply to the first posted report, so we can keep all the posts on the same recipe together. Type the recipe name in ALL CAPS so it's easy to identify, and include the page number if available, or the online link you used.

Per Chowhound rules, do not post verbatim copies of recipes, just describe your experience making them and your opinions.

Happy baking!
