How to de-bone a lamb neck, please?

I see references to lamb neck fillet, mostly in British context. Can someone explain if any long, continuous piece of boneless lamb neck would be considered a lamb neck fillet or if there is a particular part (top, bottom, side) of the neck that is more tender, intact, etc.
