There's a really interesting chat over at the Washingtonian web site featuring Todd Kliman and his colleagues. Much more valuable, I think, than the magazine's list of Cheap Eats places itself, because it focuses on less well-known places that didn't quite make the cut and singular dishes at various spots.
Any thoughts on the dishes discussed there? Please keep the thread on topic about the food, rather than on whether you think Kliman, et al., have good taste (a turn that might also prompt the moderators to take action!). Thanks
